No more Watkins Glen.

One day ahead of the release of the 2011 IZOD Indycar Series schedule, Watkins Glen is the first confirmed track to be taken off the schedule. I always thought it was a nice circuit, but Danica never did very well there. So in turn, I have no problems with Indycar dropping this track. Besides, I never liked New York.
